Shipping policy
For LTL and palatalize shipments and freights:
All rugs and other accessory items must be checked by customer piece by piece and any discrepancy or damage accrued during shipping MUST be written on the bill of lading when the delivery person is present. This way we can expedite your claims!
Unfortunately we will not be responsible for any damages or claims by customers if it has not been written on the original bill of lading upon receive of the goods.
