Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing this receipt, the undersigned acknowledges receipt and inspection of the above-described merchandise without any defects and in exact agreed quantity and price. The undersigned recipient warrants that he/she authorized to enter into this agreement on his own behalf and on behalf of all other related business entities and individual superiors. The undersigned hereby guarantees individually and on behalf of all related business entities to make full and timely payment for all merchandise describe herein. All purchases are due and payable upon delivery unless otherwise established with prior credit approval or as stated on this receipt. Any unpaid balance shall bear an interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum), or the maximum rate allowed by law. Rug Factory Plus, Inc. retains all rights and interests to all merchandise stated herein until paid for in full. 25% restocking fee applies for all returns. $40 for returned check.
